I've learn't how to say a few things in Espanol class one thing I've learnt is how to say my name is in Spanish: me llama Adam. I've also learnt how to ask someone how they are: como estas/ como esta. I also learn't how to reply.

How to play speed-ball.
speed-ball is a game where you can’t move with the ball you have to pass
it. To score a point you have to from outside the semicircle you have to throw
the ball at the crazy catch net and for it to bounce off and hit the ground
outside the semicircle. you can score at either end and pass it forward or backwards. We learnt this ASB sportscentre.

I realized how unfit I was which made me exercise which I'm greatful for.
